It may last for a moment, a season or a lifetime. Time is not necessary to shift the cogs of your heart and fee...l the absolute ecstasy of you a moment can open you to euphoria. The purpose of a soul relationship is to mirror your love and light, and melt away any hard edges or walls you have built. Whatever is mirrored will intensify. Love and peace will feel bigger, but so will fear or pain. This reveals any wounds that hold us away from love, so we can heal them as we embrace more of the love we already recognise. . & . Don’t talk about old relationships, focus on what you want now. . Fall in love with yourself. Treat yourself as your beloved. Nourish your heart with tenderness. 22.01.2022 Last night I had a beautiful friend ask for a Reiki session. She knew something wasn’t quite right.... The onset of Bell’s Palsy had reared it’s face. I checked my Metaphysics manual to see what may be underlying this problem. Potential suppressed emotions or unhealed traumas making their way into the physical. Her words: I’ve worked through that, I’m good with that. Have we though? Have we got to the deepest layers of those experiences and shifted them completely from our biology, from our cells, from our DNA The beautiful thing about energy work is you don’t need to know what the problem is to consciously work through it. Reiki works with Source energy to deliver exactly what you need in any given moment. Reiki can get into the subconscious, into the complex layers of our being, it goes as deep as it needs to in order to shift the remnants of these traumas of present life or past lives. It can help clear energetic attachments and cords to people and experiences that hold you back from being the absolute best version of you. I don’t know anywhere near as much as I aim to know in this lifetime but I do know that right now so much is being brought to the surface for clearing. And it’s fucking uncomfortable for some. . You can keep ignoring it all you like, but it will keep knocking on your door until you let it in and make peace with it. I am in awe of Reiki today and every day as well as all of the incredible modalities we have access to in this life. Namaste

22.01.2022 Monday’s Message . . . The differing perceptions of ego and soul... . . Today you may not feel like yourself. You and your soul are looking at the same thing but are seeing it differently. Your emotions and reactions are a combination of your thoughts and your soul’s thoughts, and when they don’t align, you feel wobbly. Variance is a way of explaining the wobble. When you have the same perspective as your soul, things feel right they may seem satisfactory and easy. No limiting beliefs or patterns are triggered, and there is a feeling that all is well. Your soul will never join you in judgement, blame or hurt, because it is not the truth of you it is not the perspective of love. How you feel reveals how aligned you are with your soul. If you’re experiencing something that doesn’t feel quite right, take a breath and come back to your centre. You will begin to feel better, inspired to navigate your inner radar and ready to receive your soul’s transmissions. . . . Inspired reflections and actions . Be willing to see beyond your point of view Don’t believe everything you think. Be mindful of the thoughts you choose to participate with. Are they help or a hindrance in creating your dreams? Learn about a culture or religion you know nothing about. Knowledge is power and removes fear. . . . . Journal Work . Identify and name the parts of your mind that tried to take over, for example worry wart , over-protective mother, anger, hurt, etc. Then, tell them to be quiet. Once you name them, you will be more able to recognise them, and more in control of them when they rise up. See more
