24.01.2022 Just add Chicken. I put this coop together for the Greek Orthodox Day Care Centre as part of our retrofit project this summer. We threw away the softfall and made things green, edible, tropical and now eggy.

17.01.2022 Fungi doing its thing in compost. In every compost workshop I run the main question that comes up is how often do you turn it? The technical answer is how lazy are you? Me, somewhat. I only turned this pile twice in 3 months and produced great compost but what I did was mix my food scraps and dry leaves together everytime I made an addition of scraps. Saves your back + time and allows the most important soil creature to grow - #Fungi
10.01.2022 Chewing some nuts this morning and remembered this guy, my Uncle Joe. Visited his little farm at Coffs Harbour end of last yr and got to harvest fresh nuts. If you want to try growing them Joe just used peanuts from the local co-op, sprouted them and put them in the ground. Easy as

You'll find this 'weed' growing all over the city in full sun. Get it into a pot or garden, dont water it and youll have a summer supply of Omega 3 just add it to pesto's, salads or smoothies #edibleweeds
