17.01.2022 FAQ How do I wash the stencil? Gently. Keeping it as flat as you can to avoid the finer edges bending. Two good ways are to hold the stencil under the running tap in between both hands, lightly rubbing it until the paint or medium has gone. Or lay the stencil flat on the bottom of the tub or sink and rub with either your hands or a soft scrubbing brush over it. Always wash both sides and always be careful with your stencil.

14.01.2022 PLEASE READ: Hi My Stencil Family, just a note on order deliveries taking much longer than usual right now with Australia Post. I feel the need to post this as some people are not being very nice right now, even though I have tried to post everywhere on my website about these delays before orders are placed :( I have heard that as there are now limited domestic flights across Australia, most of the post is going by road at the moment. Also, they are not stopping the parcels i...n transit to scan the tracking codes as that would delay parcels even more, so you may only get the tracking saying it has been received by Australia Post. So between this, and the social distancing laws, their staff is limited to be in the same facilitiy to scan and process at each point. Online orders across the board are at a record so I think Australia Post is also overloaded by what I have heard. I was posting orders yesterday and heard a customer almost yelling at the poor lady behind the counter about this too.... this has happened to me as well, and just saying these delays are not my fault, please understand. I am so grateful and really appreciate your orders. I am still processing orders as normal within 2-3 business days of receiving the order. I am trying to home school my children, and I have no staff right now but still cutting and getting orders out and posted as I would love you to have them as soon as you can. We just received our Easter Eggs on Monday that I ordered almost 4 weeks ago, just to give an example of current delays. Thanks for your patience, and please be kind ~ Annette
