15.01.2022 Care for your candles by following the safety steps on the warning label on every candle you receive. This is usually on the base of your jar. It has come to my attention that this isnt well known to many and I would like to assist! It is recommended to trim your candles wick after every burn to ensure that you get the very best life each time you use them. ... Please wait until the wax has hardened again before completing this step. As if any of the mushroom falls you can tip the candle upside down and tap it out or blow out. If you leave the mushroom and a part of that wick falls off, it may appear for more of the candle to be burning then it should, this could also heat the glass more and cause harm. Its not too common for Soy wax to have this issue but it is something to please be mindful of. This is called wax pool fire and it is recommended to place the lid back over your candle or blow out. Do not touch the candle as the jar may be hot. Candles should not be moved once lit and always placed on a heat proof surface away from draughts, breezes, children or animals etc! I hope this sheds some light on how to best care for your candles and as always, Im here to answer any questions
