It was an amazing experience and everything went flawlessly. The executive suite I was put in, plus the views from the Hilton were spectacular, not to mention it was close to EVERYTHING. All the hotel transfers were organised wonderfully, and I know this is beyond your control, but the weather was clear, sunny and 20 degrees or higher each day, making it perfect. So, thank you. This trip was just what I needed!

It was our 30th Wedding Anniversary and I decided to book a mystery flight. I found out where we were going when the package arrived but my husband had no idea at all which was a great surprise and worked out fantastic. We flew with Qantas and our destination was Brisbane which we both hadn't been there befor...e. The airport to hotel connection bus was great both ways with no issues at all and our hotel accommodation was at The Hilton right in the heart of Brisbane an absolutely brilliant location. Even the hotel staff were fantastic and when I mentioned it was our 30th anniversary the lady who checked us in Shonali was lovely enough to arrange a bottle of sparkling with glasses and 3 macaroons which were sitting in our room when we got back from having lunch. We had an absolute ball and everything went so smoothly and no hiccups whatsoever. So thank you again and I can't wait to do this again down the track. "As Australian domestic and trans-Tasman travel restrictions are expected to ease, Qantas is introducing a range of new measures, which will be available once normal travel resumes. These include:... Pre flight Information sent to all customers before they fly, Contactless check-in and self-serve bag drop. Social distancing at boarding and disembarking Self scanning of boarding passes. Hand sanitising stations throughout the terminal & gates. Regular disinfection of security screening points. Onboard the plane Enhanced cleaning of aircraft. Masks will be provided to all passengers. Sanitising wipes given to all passengers. Simplified service and catering to minimise touchpoints. Passengers to limit movement, once seated. Once onboard the aircraft, the risk of inflight transmission is extremely low. The air conditioning systems of all Qantas and Jetstar aircraft are already fitted with hospital-grade HEPA filters, which remove 99.9% of all particles including viruses.
