25.01.2022 Vegan, gluten free cookies perfected. They taste good too.
23.01.2022 I’m having a go at vegan, gluten free cookies with matching royal icing today. A first for me so wish me luck.
21.01.2022 Chocolate Snowflakes. Rich choclatey goodness. There were six but they were so good that one didn’t make it in time for the photo.
15.01.2022 Completely Vegan, Gluten free sugar cookies. They taste really good but the corners look crumbly & I like a clean, sharp cut look. I overcooked these ones so they are too hard to bite. It appears that once they’re brown, they’ve cooked too long. Will try again tomorrow & cook for less time & before they start browning. I just don’t know how to achieve the sharp, tidy look that my regular cookies give me. The royal icing was perfect so at least I’ve perfected that.
