Massage: Dilute 2-4 drops of each Essential Oil into 100ml of your favourite Carrier Oil or Base Massage Oil to help boost your energy levels and reduce fatigue. Bath: Mix 1-2 drops of each Essential Oil into your warm bath Body Butter: Hydrate your dry skin by whipping up your own body butter! In a glass double boiler, gently melt together Cup Shea Butter, Cup Coconut Oil & Cup Carrier Oil leave to cool in the fridge for an hour and then whip together with 5-10 drops Essential Oil using a hand or stand mixer, until light and fluffy. Room & Linen Spray: In a small spray bottle, combine 3 tbsp Witch Hazel or Rubbing Alcohol (Vodka also works well!) with 15-20 drops Essential Oil and mix thoroughly. Add cup Water to finish and shake well. Spray throughout your home to purify the air, or on your linen for a quick refresh between washes. Facial Oil: For an all-natural, healing facial oil, blend 10-15 drops of essential oil into 100ml of your favourite carrier oil apply nightly for best results! Steam Treatment: Add 2 drops of Essential Oil to a bowl of hot water, hold your face above the steam and inhale deeply (please use extra care with this method due to risk of scalding or burns).
