It is a $60 million dollar business don’t be fooled the inspectorate now revenue raising by stealing healthy animals and then selling them for huge profit. French bull dogs selling for $4500 seized from a breeder and now they want to change the law the animal care and protection act they want to be able to sell seized animals sooner than wait for the court proceedings to finalize. This is a breach of the Australian freedoms the right for innocence til proven guilty how can they sell peoples beloved pets and breeders livehoods ruined with out a trial? They have walked into Rescues, Breeders, Vets and Pet Stores with out warrants, issued Animal Welfare Directions Illegally and still manage to take poor victims to court pushing the victims just to take the deal and plead guilty, pay money and move on even though they are not guilty. Mark Townsend has stated They want to be the sole distributor of kittens puppies cats and dogs how is this not a conflict of interest how can the government make it law for them to Enforce the law when they are activist against the governments visions. Department of Agriculture and Fisheries the review closes May 21 don’t let a rogue activist organization whos values, ideals and morals that don’t match reality enforce a law they are trying to influence. Currently the RSPCA inspectors are not accountable to any law how is that Police are accountable, public servants are accountable but because they are a 3rd party they are not accountable to anyone but themselves.
