23.01.2022 A couple of my favourite beauty tips and tricks: drink lots of water. Hydration is very important for our bodies. Drinking water does not actually moisturise our skin however it's keeps all the cells in your body in the best condition. Drinking water can clear up your skin, this does not happen over night of course, but within a week you will start to see the good effects on your skin. Water helps to flush out the toxins and waste products from our body. So keep a bottle of water everywhere you go and remember to drink drink drink!

20.01.2022 At Mystiika beauty we have a facial exfoliant that is easy to use by everyone. It is designed as two in one. This is facial scrub can be used damp or dry depending on your skin type.its an effective, yet delicate exfoliating cream containing silica granules which gently remove dead skin cells... damp: after cleansing apply evenly to the skin and massage in circular motions for 2-5 minutes. Cleanse off any remnants with a moist cloth and finish with tonic lotion for your skin type. Dry: after cleansing, apply evenly to the skin and leave for 4-5 mins. then rub gentlt with fingertips, supporting the skin, until cream is removed. cleanse away any remnants woth a moist cloth and tonic lotion for your skin type. 15.01.2022 I offended get asked what is exfoliating. Well exfoliating is a very important technique that you can perform on your skin to resolve certain skin problems as well as achieving beautiful glowing skin. in fact everyone needs to know what it is and add it to there routine. So here it is... Exfoliation is defined as the removal of surface dry skin cells. Throughout writer exfoliating is very important. We tend to rub thick creamy moisturisers to help with the dryness but dry skin is a build up of dead skin cells therefore we need to buff the dead skin before applying our moisturiser for it to actually nourish the new skin cells. Use an exfolating mitt for your body.Exfoliating 2-3 times a week is ideal for the body. more information to come for exfoliating the face. Good luck and get scrubbing ;)

14.01.2022 Your fingernails are composed of laminated layers of protein called keratin. As new cells form older cells become hard and pushed out toward your finger tip. We then need to keep them shaped and filed to prevent catching and breaking. Keep nails clean and dry to prevent bacteria, and organisms from growing under your nails, and moisturise regularly to keep cuticles soft. So remember to give yourself a treat every now and then with a manicure.
