14.01.2022 So this bundle of love arrived yesterday at about 3.30pm. Maeve Jacqueline Barraclough was 4.06kg and 53cm long... And she is perfection. Her brother and sister were allowed to go and meet her which was even more special. Welcome to ths family baby girl. Thank you Ash and Scott another beautiful soul to love

09.01.2022 Hi everyone. Checking in to see how everyone's travelling. I miss not reading so much and I'd love to say I'll be back soon but I think we are in for another run of fun times. I miss our nights together but best to be safe than sorry. Be safe out there everyone sending you all much love. Remember be kind to yourself. Take this time to reflect on what's important and remember YOU are important !!! Spoil yourself in a himalayen salt and lavender bath. Sit somewhere in the sun and soak up all its healing rays. Meditate . Start a journal. Do something every day that fills YOUR cup.

08.01.2022 Hi all just checking in. I hope you are all ok during these unpredictable times. I wish we could all just go back to where were. But I always think of what these times have taught me. Always be greatful for the little things. Be aware of those around you that need a little help and where possible help. Even just a smile can turn a bad day to good. Be thankful for your health. Be inventive with your time. Learn a new skill or rekindel an old one. Take time to lay on the grass... and watch the clouds . Be present in the now not the past and let the future look after itself dont stress over what "might" happen. Be around those who lift and build your soul. Remove those who don't or learn to protect yourself if you can't. Look after you. Smile alot. Be thankful for ever day you wake up and put your feet on the floor. Ask for help from those who look after you in spirit. Be kind to yourself cause when you are at your best it shines onto others and they connect with your awesomeness and they lift their vibrations to awesomeness and the pay it forward. Pretty soon we will have a hell of a lot of awesomeness around. Anyway enough from my soap box. Be safe out there. Love hard, eat well , smile lots See more
