18.01.2022 ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING STAGE 6 ONWARDS AT MYSTIQUE WOLLERT. Greencor Developments Pty Ltd, Mystiques Project Management Team, recently advised that Mystiques Developers will not be delivering from Stages 6 onwards at Mystique Wollert for the foreseeable future. Stages 15... Please note that this announcement has no impact on development work being undertaken for Stages 1 - 5. In particular: Residential lots within Stages 1 - 5 have now all been sold and settled. Mystiques feature park is under construction and will be completed in June/ July 2020 as planned; and Intersection works, at the entry to Mystique, will be completed in June / July 2020 as per the requirements of the responsible authorities. Background The Developers decision to halt construction of future stages at Mystique is due to ongoing and lengthy planning and approval delays and changing market conditions. Further, deadlines on current sunset clauses applying to Mystiques Stages 6 to 9 were unable to be met and purchasers largely rejected an earlier offer to extend these clauses. Accordingly, purchasers in Stages 6 to 9 can now cancel their contracts with full refunds. Balance of Land: We anticipate that the balance of the Project will now be offered for sale.
