14.01.2022 I was born into an extremely lucky generation. We haven’t had to worry about finding work, being isolated from family by government regulations and we’ve been able to travel around the world with ease. This year changed that for us but it has also provided us a prospective of gratitude and shown us what is really important. No matter what 2021 brings, the resilience 2020 has given us, we will make that most of it.
11.01.2022 A while back I posted a before/after photo, which as I stated at the time I don’t like the concept of. They don’t show the whole picture and also lead to people comparing themselves. Therefore I’m stoked when people post the ‘not so photographic’ photos. This shows us a more realistic balance on social media platforms. So I need to be true to my word and post my ‘not so photographic’ photos. These photos were taken yesterday. My amazing body had a baby 6 weeks ago. I relaxed... my diet through my pregnancy and I’m in no rush to shift any weight as my main focus is being a Mum and providing milk to my baby girl. Do I think I’m sexy in these photos? No. Do I think I’m beautiful? Hell YES! I love my body and what it can do and I truely hope we can all start to accept our bodies and redefine what is beautiful. #selflove #beautiful #strong #mystrongme #mummabear #someonesbeforeissomeonsafter

01.01.2022 There are so many companies claiming to have the secret to weight loss and then put it in a nice little marketing package to sell to you. Some may even work for you but not all of them are healthy or good for you. My motto is ‘if you can follow a diet until your 90 then forget.’ 1. because if you can’t stick to it then you’ll just go back to what you were doing before and then put the weight back on and 2.
