17.01.2022 My beautiful 10 year daughter has a heart of gold. I am so proud to be her Mummy! When she started this little business, one of her main desires was to give some of the profit to charity. As we have a close affiliation with Ronald McDonald House North Queensland, we will be donating 20% of all profits to this amazing charity. ... Whilst it may only be a small contribution, we hope that it can help keep families close during times of illness.

13.01.2022 Rosella Jam from the bushes in our back yard. I have many fond memories of going to my Grandma's house and picking the rosella fruit from the bushes in her yard and then making the jam with her. I recently got to share this experience with my Mum and Dad and my children, when we all came together to pick the fruit and make this beautiful jam. ... It is true what real Chefs say.... food made with love tastes so much better!

02.01.2022 My cousin recently inspired me to make dukkah. I was staying with her and she made the most amazing and tasty dukkah and I knew I had to make some myself. I researched some recipes and am so excited with the end product. Traditional Dukkah, Egyptian Dukkah and my favourite....Sweet Dukkah With Orange and Cinnamon.
