22.01.2022 CHICKEN HAWAIIAN KEBABS Today definitely called for an easy prep ahead dinner. Hubby wanted to try the Hawaiian Marinade from the Skinnymixers HM V, after whipping that up we coated the chicken and marinated it overnight. All we then had to do was thread the chicken and red capsicum onto these amazing BBQ Skewers, that I found on the MixShop and throw them on the BBQ! 20.01.2022 DINNER MADE SOO EASILY I just had to share tonight's dinner with you! This morning was crazy, one of those morning's that you'd expect to be a blur.. After getting the little ones to school, I came home briefly before running back out the door for an appointment, to then be out all day running an errand.... In those 30mins I was home for, I was able to whip this amazing dish up! All while Thermi did all the hard work of prepping and cooking the ingredients, I was able to effectively use my time to pack lunchboxes, drink bottles, put a load of washing on, fold a load & even tidy the house! :O Incredible right!! All prepped and ready to bake, I put it in the fridge for when hubby came home with the school kids, he was simply able to bang it in the oven, go out and mow the lawns and 'HEY PRESTO' dinner was cooked and on the table, even before I got home late!! He even made sure to take this photo as he was soo proud that he was able to dish this up, even better that it was before our 3 littles ones "I'm hungry"s had hit! I have to ask, when was the last time you were able to breathe easy knowing dinner is sorted easily, that there is no need to be get flustered over the many things you can picture better putting your time into, rather than standing over the stovetop, or resorting to falling back into the confidence of pre packaged meals/meal bases or take away just to dinner on the table? I have to admit, that used to be me!! NEVER AGAIN THOUGH! I will never look back to my pre Thermomix days and wish I was stuck back in that rutt!!
