24.01.2022 Let's get ready for September, with another month ahead of Facebook Lives! This month we're focusing on enjoying the foods you love with a nourishing twist. We'...re super excited to welcome LCHF Thermo Foodies as our special guests on the 3rd of September . Grace will be joining us on the 10th where she'll be sharing her love for honey and bees. And on the 17th and 24th, tune in to get your sourdough on! We'll see you online @ 2pm AWST (4pm AEST) each Thursday. Recordings will be posted after the live event so you can go back and watch them.

23.01.2022 A thermomixer can never have enough thermo servers! Dinner is actually ready early tonight and I’m waiting for my troupe to return home from dance lessons and daycare so dinner is staying toasty warm in my servers. How do you get one? Host a cooking experience!

14.01.2022 Flashback to that time my thermie saved the day making my sons allergy friendly 1st birthday cake... dairy free, egg free, rice free, soy free and from memory nut free too! Couldn’t find a cake maker that could cater to us, so took on the task myself! @judeblereau vanilla cupcake recipe for the cake using apple purée instead of eggs, chocolate vegan Swiss meringue buttercream using aquafaba (chickpea juice!) raw chocolate shards courtesy of Quirky Cooking’s recipe and dulche de leche, also courtesy of quirky cooking. Hard to believe my little fella will be 3 in 6 weeks!!!

09.01.2022 Bit excited! The incentives I earnt last month arrived out of the blue this morning.... one of the many cool things about being a consultant is the thermie accessories you can earn. As a mad thermie fan that I am, I love trying all the new gadgets, but not having to pay for out of my own pocket ha! our new vacuum sealer (now on the mix shop too) was our incentive for last month. What should I sous vide first?
