22.01.2022 This afternoon we received the sad news that one of our former Presidents George Kefalas sadly passed away. On behalf of the committee, I would like to offer m...y deepest condolences to family. George Kefalas served two terms as President of the Mytilenian Brotherhood from 1968-1970 & from 1989-1990. He also served as a former President of the Pan-Lesvian Federation of Australia & New Zealand and was the current Vice President of the organisation before his passing. On thing that stood out about George Kefalas was his passion and devotion for our island of Lesvos and the Mytilenian Brotherhood of Sydney. George Kefalas may you RIP and you memory eternal.
