NO (B) If that property owner can't pay the mortgage, should the bank foreclose. NO (C) If the business can't pay the lease, should the lessor evict the business owner. NO (D) If the commercial property owner defaults, should the finance company liquidate the property. NO THIS IS A GLOBAL ECONOMIC DILEMMA AND THE ONLY SOLUTION IS TO FIX A DATE (ASAP) FOR THE TOTAL GLOBAL SUSPENSION OF ALL DEBT, INTEREST, TAX ETC and that is the only way we can all ride this out.
