25.01.2022 Day eleven... train to La Spezia and train drivers on strike to cinque terre. So we take the ferries to cinque terre. Had lunch at Ponterosso, explored the other towns and had a great time living the moment Arrived back late, tired but satisfied of another brilliant day. Tomorrow off to the underground marble mine and a little bit more. Till then Ciao

22.01.2022 Day 12. After breakfast we travelled to Carrara and visited the stunning underground mine famous for all its incredible marble.. Then we travelled a short distance to Lerici where we had a light lunch and further on to Tellaro overlooking Poets Gulf enjoying the outstanding scenes of the Ligurian coast. We purchased an assortment of deli products and settled for tea in the residence dining room. This is sadly our last night together... tomorrow we travel to Florence with a mid morning visit to Leonardo Da Vinci’s museum at the town of Vinci. Till then Ciao

16.01.2022 Day ten. After breakfast at a leasurely pace we drove to Pienza the cheese town and Montepulciano. At Pienza in the love and kiss streets we did just that! plus loved the flowery streets and breathtaking views. At Montepulciano we visited the underground city at the Ercolani winery... noble wines tasting was a must. All in all a fantastic day... as usual the ladies endulged in leather shoes purchases and more. Tomorrow we pack and drive to Cinque Terre with a stop-over at Pisa. Till then Ciao.

08.01.2022 Day 10.. After breakfast we left Siena and headed towards La Spezia with a stop at Pisa. We arrived at our residence and after settling in we drove to Portovenere for a seafood dinner. Most delicious and the view spectacular. We retired to our apartments delighted with today’s experience. Tomorrow at Cinque Terre... till then Ciao

03.01.2022 Day 13/last day...after breakfast we left for Florence with a stop-over at Vinci the home of Leonardo Da Vinci. After a morning of history, we travelled to Costanza the tourists tram transport option into Florence. A sad farewell from our four USA tour guests, having undoubtedly become our friends and mates. Our wholehearted thanks for your trust. Till next time God bless.

03.01.2022 Day eight. Today we headed for some delicious Chianti wine in the township of Castellina in Chianti. We loved our wine tasting with cheeses, a variety of salami, prosciutto and three types of black rooster Chianti reds. An unforgettable experience in the Squarcialupi Palace. Followed by an afternoon of shopping and sightseeing in a tiny village described as the best. We had dinner at the residence, a three course meal fit for a king, by the hands of Carla, one of the owners...almost forgot the exquisite tiramisu’. Tomorrow we venture to Pienza and Montepulciano.
