25.01.2022 YES!! We’re COVID Safe... At myVibe your health & safety is our number one priority. Our COVID Safety Plan has been in place since March and we're % dedicated to following those measures to ensure your safety while you train with us! We’ve been doing this for months now, but here’s a quick reminder of how we're keeping each other safe... Hand sanitiser is available at all locations use it at the start & end of every class! Guidance is given at the start of each session to ensure we adhere to spacing requirements of at least 1.5 metres/4 square metres per person. Equipment is cleaned by Hygiene Marshal Hooper after EVERY CLASS & PT session! No sharing of equipment participants have their own gear for the duration of the class! Bring your own mat/towel or we’re happy to give you a mat to keep & bring to class! Please continue to book (or cancel) your classes via the class booking system on our website. This is vital to making sure we adhere to maximum class numbers and have accurate records of attendance. Thanks for your support everyone! And more importantly - thanks for your help in keeping each other safe

23.01.2022 Weather Backup Plan As we still aren't able to train indoors, I wanted to fill you in on our weather back up plan... The plan is we will ALWAYS TRAIN !... On days when it's not looking good, I'll send a text 30 minutes before the class letting you know if we'll be training outdoors OR doing a zoom session. Hopefully we'll be able to train indoors again soon as restrictions continue to ease over the next few weeks!

We'd LOVE to see you out there enjoying a regular run or walk, sharing a laugh, sweating it out and feeling what it's like to be working towards a healthy goal again!... Want to Join Us? 01.01.2022 NEW GROUP FITNESS TIMETABLE The next easing of restrictions come into force TOMORROW... Which means a NEW Group Fitness Timetable !... Here's a summary of the changes EFFECTIVE 13 JUNE 2020: * Class numbers have increased from 9 to 20!! * We can now train indoors with physical distancing measures of 4 square metres per person in place. Changes to our Group Fitness Timetable: * All classes are now face-to-face (no more Zooming!) * INDOOR strength sessions will be held in the Surf Club at 9.30am Monday & Fri and 5.45pm Tuesday & Thursday. * YOGA with Jodie is back at 6.00am on Friday * 4.30pm Monday arvo outdoor session at James Oates Reserve will replace zoom. * 5.45pm Wednesday Studio Session will replace zoom. Please Note: Due to COVID Safety regulations regarding tracing PLUS the 1 person per 4 square metre rule, we're keeping the booking system for the immediate future. 01.01.2022 ===> Dr JEN APPROVED: Tips to Keeping Your Fitness Game On ! WOW how things change in just a few short days! With policies, decisions and ideas changing so rapidly, we wanted to ease any concerns about training with myVibe as we navigate this CRAZY virus! ... A few of the perks of training with us are our small group classes, ability to train outdoors in the fresh air thanks to our outdoor fitness licence PLUS our very own resident Dr Jen to advise us on all things Corona virus! Coronavirus DOES NOT mean you should stop exercising - in fact you should continue to exercise as it will BOOST YOUR IMMUNITY & keep you STRONG! So, if you ARE WELL and haven’t been asked to self-isolate, come to classes! What it DOES mean is we should all stick to some simple - but essential - personal hygiene measures. ===> Here’s what you can be assured of from our end: Easy accessibility to hand washing stations & disposable paper towel. We’re set up in the Studio, the Surf Club & even have mobile hand washing stations sorted for all outdoor classes. Daily sanitization/washing down of equipment both machines & free weights. We’ll be holding as many sessions as we can outdoors and make sure plenty of fresh air is flowing in the Surf Club and Studio. We’ll spread the distance between exercise stations to at least 1 metre. ===> Here’s how you can help us: Wash your hands at our hand washing stations both before & after each class and touch your face as little as possible Please be sure to bring a clean towel to each class and use it regularly throughout the session. Sneeze or cough into your elbow or cover your mouth with a disposable tissue. Don’t attend sessions - group or personal - if you are feeling sick or have any flu-like symptoms Don’t share personal items like bags, bottles etc Finally, don’t let Coronavirus get in the way of your exercise routine, KEEP YOUR FITNESS GAME ON Come to classes, follow these super simple hygiene guidelines and most important of all, stay calm, stay cool & look after each other! Please note: These recommendations are in line with current NSW Health guidelines & Dr Jen APPROVED!!
