Announced today - Limited Victoria State Nomination for the subclass 190 and 491 visas (Skilled Visas) will open from 8 September to 5 October. This limited opportunity is only for those working in health or medical research.... Must be living in Victoria and worked for at least 6 months. Before being able to apply for State Nomination interested candidates must Register their Interest and then wait for an invitation to apply. MY OPINION: This process adds yet another stage to seeking the coveted skilled visas. Increasing the complexity of the process - EOI - request- state nomination application - invitation to apply.flr visa - visa application! BUT: if you are a nurse or are currently working in a health related field in Victoria take advantage of this opportunity!
