24.01.2022 Just a quick introduction, my name is Nick and I am N P Roofing (a local family business). I have been a roof tiler for over 40 years and have done repair work in the Redlands for the past 30 years. I also clean Solar panels. Another small thing is that if I say I will turn up then you can count on me turning up. Put the kettle on.

23.01.2022 Rains here guys and all it takes is blocked gutters to bring the water in. Once its in your ceilings collapse, your light fittings fill up and your precious things are destroyed. When you have a chance get them checked and try to make it a regular thing.

19.01.2022 WARNING: If your roof leaks and you call someone to come and give you a quote to have it fixed, if they say you need it painted to fix the leaks just ask them about the 'WEEP HOLES', if they don't know what a Weep Hole does then ask them to leave because if they paint your roof it will leak more than it did before. Be careful. Painting is only cosmetic.

18.01.2022 More storms coming so make sure your gutters are clean and not full of leaves.

13.01.2022 Important: have your roof and gutters checked at least once a year. Some Insurance companies won't cover damage done if your roof hasn't been maintained.

10.01.2022 If someone comes to your door telling you that your roof needs fixing and maybe painting, tell them to BUGGER OFF. If you need repairs or want your roof looking better, then you find someone. Check your friends or neighbours to see if they know someone. Recommendations are the best way to go.

07.01.2022 Hi Redlands, just to let you know that if your roof didn't leak before and yesterday you noticed some leaks, it doesn't mean anything's wrong with your roof. Yesterday's storm blew sideways and was quite ferocious, it would have blown under the tiles and nothing will stop the water from coming in when it does that. Just get someone to give a check, ask them to take photos of any broken tiles and don't tell them where you think the leak is. There are a lot of cowboys out there ready to rip you off.
