16.01.2022 part 1/2 Taking a look back at one of our recent Avalon jobs, what started out as just replacing the tired barn door on an old block granny flat, quickly turned into a facelift for the whole facade to complement the fantastic internal work done by MF Tiling. 13.01.2022 Part 2/2 The roof had some interesting challenges that we had to face, not only was the roof leaking, but it was 150mm out of level one side and slanting the wrong way on the other! on top of that the exposed rafters were rotting and it was only a matter of time before they collapsed. The only viable option was to replace the old exposed rafters and build small frames to level the roof out and bring it to the desired pitch. overall we're very happy with how this turned out, now all there is left to do is give it a lick of paint!
