25.01.2022 Tonights focus for Mantra Mondays will be: Om Mani Padme Hum. The English translation of this mantra is the jewel in the lotus. It refers to the true essence that is always within us, even when it feels hidden. Just as a jewel is capable of removing poverty, so the enlightened mind is capable of removing the difficulties of our existence. So much is coming to light in the world right now, and whats clear is that we are ready for change. As we re-visit, reassess and re-educate our values, this mantra reminds us that even when we dont know exactly how to help or how to change, we are able to overcome our self limiting beliefs by coming back to our heart space. Lets do this beautiful work together tonight. See you at 7.30pm

24.01.2022 Love and gratitude to all the mothers everywhere

21.01.2022 What a time we are living! And so here's where our practice gets really real. Where does our mind go when we get anxious? How does the yoga we've been practicing for years begin to manifest in the way we live our daily lives? What happens to our kindness? Our calm? our meditation? Our beliefs about abundance? It's down to the essentials now, and the time to live our practice is now. This is a mantra for strength and endurance to support us through the challenging times we ar...e facing. Daily repetition will cleanse the body and mind of anxiety, bringing calm and clarity to overcome the rise of fear and confusion. Om Kreem Maha Kali Sarva Rhogam Nasi Nasi (translation) May the root of all affliction and disease be removed. May we be blessed to grow and thrive through this difficult time. With you all, virtually and in spirit! Nadav XO

20.01.2022 OM CHANDRAYA NAMAHA New mantra up today on Bandcamp Om Chandraya Namaha is a moon mantra. It calls us back into perspective when life becomes confusing and helps us see things more clearly. Just as the moon appears to be in darkness throughout the month, so do our minds get clouded by the unfolding of our lives. But the moon is not in darkness. It's simply our perspective. May the glow of this mantra lead you back to the goodness that always lies within you.... Lyrics: OM CHANDRAYA NAMAHA (translation) May the light of the moon bring clarity and help us see beyond illusion. Love to you all Nadav

09.01.2022 New meditation track up on Bandcamp Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu is an invocation for personal & collective peace. The beauty of this mantra is that it carries us from a small, personalised world view to a greater view of wellness for all sentient beings. We drop into our truest prayer, which is not only for ourselves or our own families and communities, but we recognise that were a part of the planet that includes every animal, plant and the earth itself. Never has... our connection been more apparent than now. Lyrics: OM LOKAH SAMASTAH SUKINOH BHAVANTU Om SHANTI SHANTI SHANTI (translation) May all beings everywhere be happy, healthy and free. May my own thoughts, words, and actions contribute to the happiness and freedom for all. Love to you all Nadav

07.01.2022 Aham Brahmasmi are Sanskrit words used in Hindu and yogic philosophy to describe the unity of the atman(individual self or soul) with Brahman (the Absolute). It is typically translated as I am Brahman or less literally as I am divine. It reflects the ultimate goal of yoga (union) which is union with the higher Self. Aham Brahmasmi also means that we possess the same elements that exist in all of creation and we also possess the choice to be to be connected to that understanding. Experiencing this reality, even for a moment, means we can experience absolute harmony with all of creation. Join me tonight in person or online for some harmonising with Aham Brahmasmi at Mantra Mondays.

06.01.2022 New video Ill Find You is a song from Air Land Sea, my band with my two oldest friends Lior and @Tony Buchen. Btw, this is not a mantra band... Here's to one day songwriting overseas again, and to the birth of new songs. HELLO feat. Luke Steele by Amie is available on all streaming platforms. Enjoy! X
