07.01.2022 I've learned that today is International Coffee Day - very nice! Every day for me is Coffee Day! I've also learnt it was declared in 2014 as an occasion to not only celebrate the beverage but I think more importantly to raise awareness for the plight of the coffee growers. While we pay a reasonable cost for our cuppa coffee, the farmers are often not well paid for the beans they produce - we're a funny bunch us humans, sad how we don't always look after each other well....
