24.01.2022 Another day in Paradise. So nice to be in Port Vila and helping with the Chefs Competition here. Today I have been placing Posters in Windows and helping advertise this wonderful event. The Competition runs from the 21st to 25th of October. There will be Cocktail Competitions and Coffee Making as well. Love it and so nice to be able to volunteer my time to help. Enjoy the weekend everyone.

24.01.2022 Another lovely warm day in Brisbane - shame that the neighbours have to make so much noise mulching up large palm leaves - why not let them me mulch naturally or use the leaves as decoration! 21.01.2022 So lovely to be at the local market this morning buying lovely fruit, vegetables and flowers from the lovely ladies. They are always so happy and friendly never complaining - love it!

11.01.2022 Happy New Year to everyone. I have finally moved into my new little cottage at Clontarf just a few blocks from the water. So nice to be here and have my own space again! Life is good! Very excited about getting into the garden and adding to the plants and trees already established. Great to have the Turkish rugs on the floor and fabulous art on the walls.
