25.01.2022 I don’t get a lot of time to bake but there’s something about the feeling when I do that makes me feel like a better mama. . My youngest is super fussy and so most of my baking is deemed as too healthy and hence inedible... so these are my self made recipe as an answer - oats, butter, coconut, a little spelt flour, raisins and honey from our bees. I might try to sneak back some chia seeds soon and see if that passes! As they are, they go down a treat and never come back in a ...lunchbox. . Happy children and happy mama
