Drink it the morning after, or right through to January. Dandelion is quite bitter, hence the green apple. However, you can make this juice sugar free by leaving the apple out of the recipe. Use green apple as it's low in sugar compared to other varieties. You can pick unsprayed dandelion leaves from your garden. Put 5-7 drops of peppermint essential oil into 500mls water in a spray bottle. Add a drop of detergent.
