22.01.2022 http:// Scholarship program // We've very excited to be able to offer one of our 2017 Scholarship recipients Abbey Barnes a second year of funding after she received... great results for her first year of studying Psychology at The University of Melbourne A note from Abbey: "I am still continuing to pursue psychology, hence, have focused my subject selection around this discipline. I am extremely excited for the year ahead, and from what I can gauge so far, it is going to be a fantastic year. Thank you to Heathcote & District Community Bank Branch and Nagambie Branch for extending my scholarship into 2018. My studies required me to move to Melbourne and this money has taken a large portion of the financial strain off myself, and my family, which I am very grateful for. The scholarship funding will be used to cover some of my living expenses, and to buy textbook, stationary and other uni supplies needed." Stay tuned for the upcoming announcement of our 2018 Scholarship recipients!

A little closer to home Boomerang Bags Nagamie are on a mission to replace plastic bags with a more sustainable solution - and after watching this, we think they're onto a winner.
