As we all know, we are all now required to avoid meetings and gatherings as an important method of controlling the Covid-19 spread. The Heathcote and Nagambie Community Bank has set up a practical facility to allow your community group to still meet - but do it electronically and efficiently. What you have available now! 1. A service where you can set up a meeting at any time and all attendees can join online 2. They can do this on their smart phone, a tablet or a computer - provided they are connected to the internet or phone network 3. There is no cost to your community group - we are covering the service costs. Users should be aware they are using their own data allowances while connected 4. People in the meeting can see each other if they choose to use their camera, hear each other and share images from their screen - such a files, presentations, photos etc If your community group would like to utilise this free service please contact us.
