14.01.2022 Let’s talk about refills and why it’s so important to refill a set every 2-3-4 weeks depending on how fast your nails grow, the length of your nails and how well you care for them. Regular refills are essential to maintain the health of your nails. This particular set is 3 weeks of growth, it’s a medium length so that’s completely fine to wait 3 weeks as long as you care for them properly. This client of mine uses cuticle oil daily, she has an office job so not overly rough o...n her nails and she makes sure to book her refills in every 3 weeks consistently which is why her natural nails underneath are growing strong (swipe for pic). If you get nails any longer than this you should really get them refilled every 2 weeks to avoid any chance of them growing out too long and possibly breaking and causing damage to the natural nail. For shorter natural nails that’s where you may get 4 weeks out of them however this again depends how quick your nails grow and how well you care for them. The health of your nails is my number 1 priority, I follow all of the correct processes to ensure the health of your nails is maintained however this also depends on you! You need to ensure you take care of your nails, don’t use them as tools to open things, wear gloves when cleaning/doing dishes, use your cuticle oil daily and of course book your refills regularly!
