16.01.2022 So due to a few no shows and late people I’ve decided to bring in a couple of policies. You will be required to pay a non refundable 20% deposit at the time of your booking this will come off your final total. If you pull a no show or don’t give me at least 12 hours notice I will be required to keep your deposit due to wasting my time. Also if you are more than 15 minutes late without letting me know prior I will have to cancel your appointment and you will need to reschedule. I will also be keeping your deposit for my time and you will be required to pay another deposit if you reschedule. I hate to do this but people are already showing they can’t be reliable and my time is valuable.
