25.01.2022 Due to recent cancellations, it has become necessary to remind clients of my booking policy. Terms and conditions for booking an appointment: *48 hours notice required for all cancellations and reschedules. Should you not provide 48 hours notice, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit to secure your next appointment.... *Cancellations and reschedules are to be made via message, text or phone call. *Multiple no shows will result in you being unable to secure future appointments. *Appointments for acrylic nail infills will be charged at full set prices if it has been more than 4 weeks from your previous appointment. *I do not refill work from other salons. A full set will be required with removal of your previous set included *Payment is to be made with cash or bank transfer. Please be considerate with cancellations- your spot has been reserved for you to be pampered. If you do not notify me, I may have someone waiting for an appointment who may miss out. 17.01.2022 Please read- December and January appointments! I will be closing the salon from 22 December to 13 January (inclusive). In regards to your appointments, I have started pencilling you in at dates that are closest to your normal infill dates, while ensuring you get through the holiday period without me ... I have found that in scheduling appointments this way it prevents having everyone wanting the same appointment dates. If the dates I offer you are not suitable please let me know and I will look at others for you. If you will be leaving Canberra please let me know so I can keep this in mind also! Once I have a schedule that works I will start messaging you all with potential dates. Thank you for your patience xx
