12.01.2022 Hi everyone. Little bit of housekeeping... As it’s starting to get super busy and will be so for the next several months, can all clients please arrive approx 3 mins early for their appt so you have time to sign in, use the bathroom, wash your hands etc. Also please do not depend on my reminder text messages for your appt times. Please ensure you have recorded your time in your phone calendar or in your diary. This will avoid double bookings etc. In most cases, if you miss yo...ur appointment there will not be the opportunity to rebook. One last thing - no shows without notice from now until Christmas will be charged at 100%. Pls remember this is my full time business not a hobby and esp. at this time of year, lost income impacts me just as much as it would you. 10.01.2022 Well, we're back! I am gradually contacting all the clients who I couldn't see over the last few days and can't see tomorrow. I'm going to be working from this Sunday up and to including the following Sunday so please be kind! On that note - as I cannot socially distance (1.5m) whilst doing nails and waxing, I require clients to wear a mask. It is mandatory for me to wear one. I know some people won't agree with this however I believe it is my duty of care to do everything I ...can to make my salon as safe an environment as possible for all of my clients and myself. If you are not prepared to wear a mask, I'm sorry but you will need to cancel your appointment at least 24 hrs in advance.
