11.01.2022 Terms & Condition of Services Booking... We welcome booking, however, due to unforeseeable circumstances, you may have a waiting period. Refund, Return, exchange for services If you are not satisfied with the services and works that we provided, please inform manager/staffs immediately, we will fix them before leaving the salon. Once client left the salon, we understood that they have accepted and happy with our services and the works. Under Australian consumer law, we are not required to provide a fund if you change your mind about the services you asked for and/or choose the wrong products & Services or minor problems that we can fix in a reasonable time. Please see our Terms & Condition of services and privacy policy on our website www.phbeauty.com.au or in the salon. Any damage to your nails must be informed us within 48 hours of our services and we will repair it with no extra cost if you make an appointment for repair within 3 days of initial services (evidence of our service is required). It is the clients responsibility to take care of their own nails during daily activities such as washing dishes and manual handling after services. They will be charged for the costs of any repairs or replacements caused by their own actions. Children Client(s) must supervise your children at all times. The salon and its employees take NO responsibility for customers children and the consequences of their actions. Gift Vouchers Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed into cash. The lost or stolen gift voucher will not be replaced or refund. Security Our salon is fitted with CCTV cameras for the safety of our customers and staff.
