07.01.2022 As an ex CFS member with 26years experience and now running my own pump sales and repair business I AM OFFERING FREE LABOUR to fire effected propertys from no...w until Christmas, no call out fee or hourly charge as long as you are fire impacted. I can asses pumps, stock water systems, fire systems. Provide quotes for insurance and carry out repairs. Limit a few hours per property to try and help as many as I can. I have a few spare pumps I could set up as loan pumps. 03.01.2022 Haha, so today i had my 5 minutes of fame interveiwed on ABC radio for the return back to work of nail & beauty salons. I had a super big giggle. Even gave hubby's business a plug. This was the interview if you missed it. Salons, gyms modified to meet guidelines Royal Park nail salon owner and operator Danielle also opened her doors early this morning, following ten weeks of no trade.... "I started at 7:00am and I will probably see about 10 clients today," she said. Having owned her salon for 29 years, she said the months of closed doors and no cashflow were hard, and that she and her husband relied on his business to keep them going. She said she was happy to be back at work, and that she had made several changes to adhere to the state's guidelines for businesses. "I have my little sanitation station, I've got a perspex screen up between me and my clients, I've got ducted ventilation in my table, so everything's nice and clean," she said.
