08.01.2022 Good morning ladies, Unfortunately in the last 2 weeks the number of last minute cancellations I've had, has put a real strain on my buisness and livelihood. So as of this week, all cancellations will need 48hrs notice or you will be charged a 25% fee on your next appointment. If you cancel or miss your appointment 3x you will be asked to pay a deposit before you are re booked for a new appointment. I understand life gets busy but this buisness is my source of income and it makes life really hard when I dont get paid. You will also now receive a msg 48 hrs prior to your appointment giving you the chance to cancel Xx
