24.01.2022 This is an update for those who are interested in Lawn Yoga, unfortunately it is not allowed ): There are also restrictions on certain types of activity. These activities may not go ahead: community or club sports fixtures and trainings, whether indoors or outdoors (this does not include elite, professional sport, or intra-school sport). This means club, league and inter-school sports are cancelled.... any classes or activities at gyms, health clubs, fitness centres, yoga, barre and spin facilities and dance and pilates studios. 22.01.2022 I have been keeping an eye on the South Australian Government’s latest COVID-19 restrictions and what they mean for you to participate in our yoga classes, so I thought I would update you! While there is currently no change to our hours or class capacity, I have decided to reduce the class limit. The new COVID-19 cases are a really important reminder that we cannot be complacent and we all need to take hygiene and social distancing seriously, therefore there will be a 10 st...udent limit per class, bookings are absolutely necessary. You’ll be the first to hear if anything else changes, but in the meantime just know I will be doing my absolute best to keep you safe within the restrictions that apply to us all and would ask that everyone use the hand sanitiser supplied when entering the studio and to keep a safe distance from others. It’s up to all of us to keep each other safe, so please be mindful of others during your visit and do all the right things so that we can continue to keep the studio doors open and safe.

08.01.2022 The Just Yoga class will still go ahead tonight, however the Studio doors will be closed as of midnight tonight due to the Covid restrictions placed on health and fitness centres. The restrictions are for two weeks, unless they can get on top of it , keeping fingers crossed for no longer. Looking at having Yoga on the lawns ,pending on weather, will keep you all updated.

06.01.2022 The Nairne Yoga In-house give away will be drawn on Monday 7th December, so you have plenty of time to write your name down on the slip provided and place in the box on the counter. 4 more weeks before we close for 2020 so you have plenty of time and classes to pop your name in the box.

04.01.2022 We are closed Monday 5th October for the public holiday. Our Tuesday and Thursday morning Floor classes are full, please leave a message if you would like to be on the waiting list, you will be notified if a spot comes available. There are spots available for all other classes.
