22.01.2022 Good morning Najyogis, how are you all? This is an image of my hips taken in July, I have been patiently waiting for surgery since July, on Monday I have my first surgery on the right hip, and then 4 weeks later I get my second hip replaced! The cause of my degenerating hips is avuscular necrosis. Fingers crossed, I'll be back teaching Yoga as soon as I can post surgery which I'm anticipating will be 8-10 weeks as I'm not allowed to drive, however, volunteer drivers are mo...st welcome. I'll share updated post surgery, big to you all, can't wait to see your smiles on the mat very soon, xx

14.01.2022 Facebook memories - 5 years ago I was at Desa Seni, Bali .. a world away from today. On that day I was dreaming of sharing my passion for Yoga with the West Gippsland community. I started small and slowly built a tribe, some still practising with me today and some moved onto other Yoga practices and another tribe. Today I question my relevance as a Yoga teacher in 2021, my authenticity & does a Najyoga class make a difference in a NajYogis week? I truly hope so. ... My journey/practice of Yoga has grown over these past 5 years. I am so curious to explore the power of the mind, it's capacity to nurture sadness/depression verses happiness/joy. They are controlled by our thoughts and what we feed/say to ourselves. I hope I have left an 'aha' moment if you have practiced with me in the past. To the amazing consistent NajYogis who have returned to the mat I am beyond grateful. Fingers crossed we have no lockdowns in 2021. And for those that are tentative to return, I say there is no judgement, only support, a safe environment & love. Have a wonderful Thursday

13.01.2022 Good morning Najyogis, I hope you are all well. In regards to classes restarting, I can't book Council venues until 1st August 2020. So this means no Warragul/Trafalgar classes. 07.01.2022 Hello Najyogis, thank you for your patience. Reflecting on 2020 I've learnt the value of stillness and the importance of establishing balance between doing and being. I'm so grateful and looking forward to a calm and joyous 2021 giving and receiving love.... I'm resuming teaching classes week commencing 1 February, 2021. It is a limited timetable to start as I get my fitness back and I'm sure it will be the same for you. If you still have your pass bring it with you, I'm sure it's missing a heart stamp. In regards to WARRAGUL classes would you prefer Saturday or Sunday mornings? I am also considering an evening class, please let me know which night is your preference. My classes will be a gentle slow Vinyassa to start as we reacquaint ourselves with our muscles. Tuesday night's are THORPDALE at 6pm and Trafalgar at 7.30pm as per COVID - see you Tuesday 2 February. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. Namaste

I saw my surgeon yesterday and I have the all clear to return to teaching Yoga. I'll am beyond excited to restart in 2021, more details to come soon
