17.01.2022 With RU OK day coming up on the 10th September, todays toolbox talk was centred around mens mental health. The NAK boys and Nick Winkler and his team were joined by Greg Smith from Men Care Too and Mr. Perfect, which focuses on the awareness, engagement and wellbeing of men. The talk spoke about how mental health is not a taboo subject and it is so important to open up to your mates, as everyone is always going through something.
