24.01.2022 Mark is off to Perth to visit family and friends so we won't be at the market for the next 3 weeks. Next market will be on Sunday 24 March. If you would like to order anything in the meantime (as he's leaving me slaving away whilst he's gone) you can call me on 0412410137 and it would be a pleasure to assist you.

23.01.2022 Sunflower greens are a rich source of lethicin and chlorophyl, vitamins A, B complex, D, and E and minerals such as calcium, copper, iron and many more. A healthy delacacy among gourmets with a refreshing crisp nutty flavour. Try some this Sunday from our stall at the Farmgate Market in Melville St, Hobart.

22.01.2022 We are finalists in the 2014 Telstra Business of the year awards for Tasmania and are very excited to have achieved this milestone. On Friday 11th July there will be a Gala Dinner where the Tasmanian winners will be announced. On the evening they will be screening messages of support on the big screen. 18.01.2022 Mark will be at the Farmgate Market tomorrow with more Wheatgrass for juicing. Wheatgrass is so many healthy benefits and one that is really relevant to us in Hobart is that it positively influences our immune system to protect against nasty colds and flus. So get out your juicers, folks.

18.01.2022 Hi everyone. We will be at the Farmgate Market tomorrow with lots of goodies.

18.01.2022 The weather is now 'cooler' in Hobart but the sun shines and it reminds me how lucky we are to live in such a beautiful place. Mark will be at the Farmgate Market this Sunday with lots of yummy salad mixes and of course all our usual produce as well. Best wishes for a lovely and delicious Mother's Day to all. Lynda

17.01.2022 Mark and I just went for brunch.Hobart is such a beautiful place to be. The sun is sparkling off the water and warm as. Can you guess exactly where we are?

15.01.2022 Mark will be at the market on Sunday with small trays of wheat grass. Did you know that wheat grass was first found to be healthy when a chemist in the 1950's, who'd tried everything else, fed it to a dying chicken and not only did the chicken recover, but it began laying more eggs than his other chickens. If you would like to lay more eggs then you must try some. Don't be chicken.

14.01.2022 We won't be at the Farmgate market for the next two weeks. Mark is now off to Melbourne and this time I will join him later in the week. We will be back at the market for Sunday 28 April. Best wishes, Lynda

11.01.2022 Just a remainder that messages of support need to be sent by Tuesday 8th July. If you would like to support us please follow the link below. http://finalists.telstrabusinessawards.com/event

10.01.2022 Turning your own backyard into a wildlife sanctuary where you can grow your own fresh food. In turn the biodiversity you attract will keep nasty bugs in check and away from your beautiful food. Of course birds love fruit too so fruit trees will need netting once the fruit starts to ripen.

09.01.2022 Sorry to say we won't be at Farmgate Market tomorrow but we wil be back next week with more salads and of course sunflower greens and micro greens. Have a great week. Lynda

08.01.2022 Mark is at the Farmgate Market right now with a medly of heathy and tasty salads. (raw veggie treats). Last week a customer said they were like vitamin pills in a bag.

06.01.2022 We have won first and second place in the Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards. Thanks to our team, we are continuing to produce award winning produce.

05.01.2022 We entered the Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards for the first time this year which had 1400 entries from around Australia. We were honoured to be awarded 1 gold medal, 4 silver medals and 2 bronze medals for our micro-greens and mixes. The River Salad won the gold with 97 points out of 100.
