25.01.2022 Its been a whirlwind of activity on site at The Gables this past 6 months and theses beautiful townhomes, which originally started out as just a concept, are now finally coming to life. Here are some photos of progress weve made so far...

19.01.2022 We would like to thank all the over 55's community in the Forest for attending The Gables launch Tuesday night. It was great to see such a close-knit community come together. It gives us great pleasure that The Gables townhomes will be enjoyed and appreciated by their friends and family. We would also like to thank Shane Broekman and the LJ hooker team for all their hard work in bringing this night together.

19.01.2022 Spring has arrived at The Gables. The flowers of the October Glory trees are starting to bud! Did you know that these Maple trees are fast growing and require minimal attention? It's leaves drop later in the season, so you have more time to enjoy their show from the comforts of your living room.

19.01.2022 These are the beautiful flowers of an Ornamental Pear tree in spring and as the seasons change, so do the lovely colours of this beautiful tree. Did you know the pear tree represents longevity, justice, strength, and salvation? The ancient Chinese believed that the pear tree is a symbol of immortality. So what does this have to do with The Gables? Well, let's just say this tree will play a big role in making The Gables gardens beautiful, adding a changing aesthetic that can be appreciated in quiet contemplation.

18.01.2022 What do you think of when you hear Colonial-style architecture? Do you imagine a rectangular facade with a steep, pointed roof? A central entry door with paired windows on either side? Most of the original Colonial houses are long gone, but their symmetrical forms and other classic details remain with us. Why? Because Colonial style architecture had its own charm and the colonial inspiration still continues. At Nama, we love looking back on period architecture to search for inspiration. Can anyone guess which colonial architecture element has inspired us and is now applied to The Gables?

16.01.2022 The Gables Belrose is the perfect address for the over 55s. It is located opposite Frenches Forest Showground and is in walking distance to Glenrose shopping centre, Glenrose theater, and library.

15.01.2022 Here are some updates on the Gables Townhomes. The site fencing has been removed to reveal the boundary fencing and the balustrades have been put in on the first floor. The light fixtures have been installed on the outside of the building adding that final touch of detail. The pergola's are now being painted one by one, in a warm white, giving a subtle contrast of light and shade. Keep an eye out for more updates.

14.01.2022 One of the constant comments we hear about The Gables is how open and spacious they are for a townhouse. That's because they are specifically designed to make owners feel like they are upgrading their lifestyle even though they are downsizing their home! 14.01.2022 The bollard lights have been installed at the front entrance of each townhome, the garbage room has been freshly painted, and the signs are now installed. We can't wait for the landscaping to be completed in the garden beds at the front entries

05.01.2022 Thank you LJ hooker for organising the open home on the weekends. We are so happy that all of our hard work has paid off over the last months.

02.01.2022 We love consistency in design. To give a special homely feel to the townhomes, we have used v-groove boards to tie in elements of the design. We love how they create a rhythm of light and shade across the walls. The pictures don't do it justice you really need to see it for yourself.

02.01.2022 It's all nearly coming together. Everyone's been working superhard to get The Gables ready for our first open home on the 22nd September!

Not only have we ensured everything looks aesthetically pleasing but we have also made sure it is comfortable and low maintenance too. For example, we have used paint with built- in mould inhibitors in the bathrooms, which guarantees against mould growth for 10 years!
