25.01.2022 Laminitis seems to have hit alot of horses/ponies already this season.. This is not just a problem for ponies.. Many ppl do not have the time, knowledge or facilities to rehabilitate a pony or horse showing symptoms of this horrible condition. Due to this we have made some yards to take on horses and ponies for this reason.. Your loved one will be closely monitored by myself and Brad who both have extensive experience in rehabilitation from this condition.. They will be fed... a very strict diet and kept off the grass to enable your loved one to recover as quick as possible. 23.01.2022 MILDURA FRIENDS AND CLIENT'S I have over 50 horses on my list to treat during my stay, this means i will not have time to travel. So everyone will have to come to my parents place in Merbein. If this does not suit you please msg me and i will remove you from the list . 22.01.2022 This little golden pony is our last home bred. She had head trauma at only a few days old, then has had a very slow start to her saddle career.. She recently turned 8yrs old so we certainly have not rushed her. Unfortunately she needed extensive hoof correction and balance over the last 12months since Brad has come on board. Her hooves were so unbalanced that it had started to form side bone. Her joint's and suspensory's in her forelegs were at full strain which was causing a...lot of dysfunction throughout her whole body.. It is only now that i feel we can take her out in public and she is becoming strong enough in her body to carry a rider.. This has definitely been a real team effort to get her this far.. Naomi has over 30yrs experience with horses in general and has been fortunate enough to be able to incorporate this passion into a career. 22.01.2022 COVID 19 UPDATE We are sorry to inform everyone that we are postponing the trip to SwanHill tomorrow for a couple of weeks.. Although we are considered essential workers, we still have alot of procedures we need to put in place for the travel. Lets hope the lockdown is only for 7days and we can catch up soon. 18.01.2022 Mildura trip!!!! I am allocating times for both Brad and i tonight for this coming weekend. We are both booked out, but Brad could fit in a couple more if needed. Be sure to choose a farrier who understand the anatomy and biomechanics of the horse. They play a vital role in keeping your horse sound and working correctly.

17.01.2022 What are you seeing Quite often i will be contacted to come and assess a stepping short or mild lameness in the front end. Sometimes owners, riders, coaches etc miss the primary problem and only really notice the dysfunction when it is at the secondary stage. Horses need to function as a whole, but they also have this amazing ability to keep working even when they are not functioning correctly. Due to this they may compensate diagnally across their bodies to try to balance, this will create a compensation pattern.

12.01.2022 I am so fortunate to be able to work in an industry that i love and am so passionate about. This lovely little mare below is an example of what i see in a first assessment quite often. The owner has the horse on a good diet, up to date with teeth and worming but she still didn't look right.. I often forget to take before and after pics when i come across horses like these and then stand back after the treatment and wished i had of. ... This little mare had alot of dysfunction and was extremely restricted with limited range of motion throughout her skeletal system. This then doesnt allow the muscular system to function correctly which can cause muscles not to activate and atrophy over time. Due to her being this way for quite sometime (before this new owner) she will need a few treatments to correct her posture and allow it to become stronger in the correct position. But just after her first treatment she was alot happier within herself and much happier under saddle for her owner a few days later

06.01.2022 A little before and after pic from today .. The before posture: She was very tight throughout her ribs/lumbar and her pelvis was very restricted which made her stand underneath herself. A much happier horse after a complete skeletal alignment, such an improvement in her posture after her first treatment.
