21.01.2022 Namaste everyone Confirming with you that Namaste Yoga classes are closed until further notice. Now, more than ever, we need to keep our yoga practice going. R...emember to simply start with Sivasana and feel your body being supported by the earth. I’m exploring ways that I can still share some yoga with you in the coming weeks. If you are interested in accessing some inspiration to keep your practices going I’ll be working out ways for this to be available. Let me know if this interests you.
