18.01.2022 We really don’t understand how stress can drastically affect us physically, mentally, and emotionally. This stress is the same for our kids. The issue is they don’t understand how to help themselves out if it normally. This is why I have been drawn to teaching kids yoga. To share the knowledge and powers we can have within ourselves to get through those tough days. If your a parent and you see stress in your child, maybe consider getting them to one of our classes and allow us to help them learn to deal with this and find the space inside to be ok. 15.01.2022 With our kids being home and self isolation all over the world, cabin fever is a very real thing..... Here are some great crafts that you could use to keep your kids entertained for hours. Although there are some with plastic straws, perhaps look at changing those slightly to pipe cleaners or rolled paper ect. ... Your kids will love you and I hope you may actually like it too. Have fun and lets get crafty
