23.01.2022 Very happy with my latest custom made 108 Summery Buddha Mala especially made for a customer. Took me longer than planned, as I had to redesign a few times before I was totally happy with the outcome. LOVE the result. Rudrashka Carnelian, Malaysian Yellow Jade & handcrafted Yellow Quartz Buddha head I handpicked myself in Vietnam.... If anyone else would like an individual creation, Please pm. I also have these Buddha's in all other chakra colours such as Purple, Blue, Clear Quartz, Green, Amber, Rose Quartz (soft pink) & Black Onyx.

09.01.2022 Term 4 kicks off at Yoga Health & Healing yoga studio in Padbury as of Monday 8th October. I have the privilege & honour of joining this lovely team of yogis t...o teach the Tuesday 6pm-7.30pm Vinyasa Flow class. This is a Casual Book-In class, so just go online to rock up to class at this gorgeous studio. I will be utilising my lovely Hoi An Sound Bowl and Koshi Wind Chimes in the class every week for the soul soothing meditation aspect at the end of the class. Please share. After many months of preparation, a month away in Vietnam for myself in order to train in Hatha & Ashtanga yoga (AMAZING experience) and as promised in 2017, FINALLY Yoga classes with Simone (me)...are coming your way in Feb 2018 WHEN & WHERE?!! Commencing Tuesday 6th February at Sorrento Community Hall (right near Whitee Salt Cafe off West Coast Hwy in Sorrento)... Time: 6pm-7.30pm (75min practice) Arrive 6pm to register & chill out on your yoga mat, meet like-minded yogis whilst listening to soothing yoga music vibes & inhaling lovely essential oil scents during this time to prepare your mind/body for the yoga practice. Practice commences at 6.15pm Sharp to conclude at 7.30pm. Yoga style & intention will be: Hatha/Vinyasa Flow Yoga catering to all levels from Beginner to the more experienced yogi. With 10-15mins of mindful meditation at the end of the class...ALWAYS. What to Bring: Your own yoga mat, eye bag, Towel/s if you need to roll up a towel for back support during the class, open mind, open heart, a smile on your yogi dial and bring along any friends that have been wanting to try yoga for a long time.

Tonight I opened them for the first time, followed the instructions by shuffling them first & then 'feeling' which one I should stop the shuffling on & acknowledge that card.
