24.01.2022 For each individual, what unfolds on the mat each day is different both from day to day and also from what someone else may experience. This is why comparison can be a slippery slope. Each person has different qualities they walk in the door with, and our focus is to help each individual find what's right for them, which is why our Mysore classes are individualized for each person to embody their practice at their own level. This plants the seed for self awareness and growth. Looking to expand out mysore program to early am's and evenings! Who's keen?! Thank you @gabbi.yoga for being our model

21.01.2022 One step at a time. The lessons learned over these last couple of weeks with my partner slowly recovering after an accident with a broken leg and a few other significant injuries has brought us back to the wisdom that it is those little steps we take each day towards healing and recovery that add up. The journey can seem long and it's easy to be in overwhelm, but trust that it really is about taking one step at a time. Its never too late to start, and there is always a way. Class today: 830 am Guided Full Primary Ashtanga

01.01.2022 To be still with yourself, particularly when chaos erupts around us, is never going to look or be perfect. We stumble sometimes, we doubt ourselves and still, we sit and try again. The stillness is less about following a rigid form, and more about learning how to be ok within yourself even when life is a big mess all around you so as not to get swept away by the current of lifes circumstances. Some of you know, Ive had some big challenges this last month. My partner was in... a major car accident that he was lucky to get out alive from, and now, is looking at months of recovery time. My brother passed away this week after a long battle with cancer and although, Id love to make all that go away, I can't. I have to sit with it all and trust that life goes on, and we will steer our way through even the greatest challenges in time. I'm grateful for the yoga path to keep guiding me back to myself and this is the real potency of yoga. Not just to give you a strong body, but a strong mind and heart. Thank you all for the support and kind words! Love, Michelle
