13.01.2022 Due to the current situation Namoi Physiotherapy will close our doors next week. We will be looking to find alternative ways in which we can continue to manage our patients that do not require hands on treatment. We hope you understand that in these difficult times it is important that we all stay safe by avoiding unnecessary contact and employing rigourous hygiene control. Thankyou for all your support and we will hopefully be back to normal soon!... Stay home Stay safe

06.01.2022 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_TOAv0YGGp4 Now that the pre-season is underway, it is a time when we can get the exercise we need to prevent injury throughout the regular season. The nordic hamstring curl is a great (but difficult) exercise used in the prevention of hamstring strains and tears. There are many other specific exercises that your physiotherapist can show you to help you from succumbing to soft tissue injuries.
