Namoli have partnered with HPC Solutions to introduce an innovative training program called Clean for Success that supports our franchisees and their cleaners. This program consists of fully customised planning tools, pictorial step-by-step cleaning manuals, and train-the-... trainer resources for every franchisee. With the support of HPC Solution’s Director and cleaning specialist, Bridget Gardner, Namoli’s Clean for Success Plans, Manuals and training resources were developed in 3 steps: 1. Plan: design and map the most effective way to carry out every task, from end to end. 2. Process: capture each task in visual cleaning manuals using systems and step-by-step photos. 3. Perform: train, support and monitor our teams to ensure they perform to consistently high standards of cleaning, every day, on every site.

18.01.2022 Various Ways to communicate to a Cleaning Supplier Besides our NAMOLI system for customers to talk to us we have now introduced Txt messaging - thanks to new technologies we can give greater and immediate ways to talk to us. Especially during COVID 19 with limited staff and staff going in and out of offices - all staff have access to our services at various locations in their premises.... With our various systems we use, the cool thing is that all this accountability is done in real - time.
