24.01.2022 Ah, imposter syndrome...we meet again on the feed. We often see "networking" as a chore, I know at times I get a little uneasy before a business event, but as I mentioned previously, if you want to learn and grow, then you need to surround yourself with people who are more successful than you. Being competitive isn't always effective as it can block out opportunities to collaborate. It can also dilute the hard earned knowledge and experience you've gained when you 'show up' wearing fear and doubt.
18.01.2022 Fear prevents you from living in the here and now. Worrying what might happen in the future removes your attention from the present. Dwelling on the past instead of focusing on the present also clouds your thoughts to the opportunities that await you right now.
