08.01.2022 Hi Everyone! Exciting news! Over the weekend, I attended an IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation) course with RockTape Australia. Introducing RockBlades! RockBlades are portable myofascial release tools designed to assist with soft tissue therapy for the treatment of musculoskeletal immobility and pain. This therapy addresses soft tissue restriction, initiates healing mechanisms and stimulates mechanical receptors that create favourable changes in movement and... pain. RockBlades engage the myofascial tissue by creating tension and shear promoting slide and glide with the tissue. This creates an optimal state within the layers of fascia; especially superficial fascia which is rich in nerve receptors.
